The breakfast was good. We had lots of options that you would have at home. The hours the breakfast was available was excellent as we are early risers. The room was very clean and I noticed the staff would be in checking frequently when no one was in the room to be sure it was clean. They also made sure that there was plenty of food available at all times.

Front desk and kitchen staff were great. Breakfast was tasty, with many choices. Even though it was peak time, supplies were replenished quickly. Room was quiet and clean and was even made up daily (Daily service doesn't appear to be the norm anymore). Wife enjoys the TV channel selection. We've stayed here before and continue to do so whenever we come to Owen Sound, as it's quite pleasant. We like that no animals are allowed. It's our choice for the area.

Here are top five elements that made for a good stay Spacious Rooms & Clean and Well-Stocked : The rooms were a good size, providing ample space to relax and walk-out window-doors to comfortably step out into the parking lot. The towels were clean and the bathroom was well-stocked with fresh towels. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The entire hotel had a clean and fresh feel, making for a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly, place was clean. Even though there were different volleyball teams staying at the hotel on that evening, we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. Breakfast was nice, bacon, eggs (the way McDonald's makes them, but a bit thinner), waffles, oatmeal, toast, fruits, juices... it was a nice start to our day.

staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean. breakfast was also good and the price was for our stay was very fair. Our beds were great and the bathrooms were clean as well. WIFI was strong in our room and there was a refrigerator and coffee machine in our room along with a cabinet to store our jackets. Overall very happy with our stay. Would return if ever in Owen Sound again!

The employees of the hotel were friendly and helpful. The price of the hotel was quite fair compared to other accomodations in the area. Even if the rooms are a bit old-fashioned and the latest renovation seems to be done some years ago, the room and the bathroom were clean.

The front desk staff were excellent. Very professional friendly and accommodating. Helped us with booking a taxi to our event, our room was ready early and helped us with special request. The breakfast was excellent as well. Very happy with our stay.

The breakfast choices were excellent. The hours of operation of the breakfast area was great as we had early start to our day even on the weekend. We were lucky the breakfast area was 2 doors from our room.

Comfortable room with excellent staff. Convenient location, and breakfast was great also. Really enjoyed having a floor level room with a sliding door to the outside making it very easy to move stuff in and out of a vehicle. Ice machine was great to have also, ice cold drinks throughout my entire stay
