Here are top five elements that made for a good stay Spacious Rooms & Clean and Well-Stocked : The rooms were a good size, providing ample space to relax and walk-out window-doors to comfortably step out into the parking lot. The towels were clean and the bathroom was well-stocked with fresh towels. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The entire hotel had a clean and fresh feel, making for a pleasant stay. The (free) breakfast offered a variety of healthy and fresh choices, which was a great perk. :) The staff were friendly and approachable, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout your stay I

Front desk and kitchen staff were great. Breakfast was tasty, with many choices. Even though it was peak time, supplies were replenished quickly. Room was quiet and clean and was even made up daily (Daily service doesn't appear to be the norm anymore). Wife enjoys the TV channel selection. We've stayed here before and continue to do so whenever we come to Owen Sound, as it's quite pleasant. We like that no animals are allowed. It's our choice for the area.

staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean. breakfast was also good and the price was for our stay was very fair. Our beds were great and the bathrooms were clean as well. WIFI was strong in our room and there was a refrigerator and coffee machine in our room along with a cabinet to store our jackets. Overall very happy with our stay. Would return if ever in Owen Sound again!

The room was very clean and I noticed the staff would be in checking frequently when no one was in the room to be sure it was clean. They also made sure that there was plenty of food available at all times.
